First Impressions:
First impressions weren't bad, I like the colours you used. I like how you haven't used Celebrities in your header & I dislike how you've just moved the layout off the side slightly, it looks like you've tried to center it, but don't know how to. The CSS is nice, nothing special though.
Layout:
So, this is where it gets a little bit more detailed. I'll start with your CSS. You've done an okay job with it, it's slightly boring, I do think your site would look great if you added subtle DIVs to your blog & Menu (tutorial here). Examples of what DIVs are & actually look like, can be found on this website, here.
Still talking about your CSS here, but moving onto your Navigation rollovers, I really dislike the border you've got going the whole way around, it looks messy & unnecessary. The hovers of your rollovers are again, just okay. It would be cute if you had a 1 pixel border underneath the hover, with a grey background. Possibly, I don't know how it would look, until I see it. It's up to you though.
You need to make your font tons bigger, it's readable, but I don't enjoy reading it & I have to poke my head forward to read it, I'm not being fussy, my vision is perfect, so it's not just me. When making the text bigger, you will most likely have to make your line height bigger too.
Your menu headers (h1, h2, etc) are extremely boring (no offense), you could have added some blur or green to your menu headers, with a border under it & bigger text. At the moment it just looks effortless. As for your blog headers (h1, h2, etc), they just don't stick out enough, like I said in a few of my other reviews, your headers are for dividing things, seprating things, making it more clear. Therefor the headers really need to be obvious, at the moment yours stick out, but not nearly enough, they could almost blend in with the text, well, almost. Again, add some colour to your CSS. You used very pretty colours in your main image, but hardly any of the colours go into our CSS. Almost everything is grey. And it's well, boring.
That's your CSS done, moving onto the other stuff. Starting with your header, the text that says "Mango Milkshake", it's nice, but the font could have been bigger, you haven't made it big enough for the line, plus you want the text to stand out. Make your font bigger, make it obvious, if you understand what I mean.
The other thing I think you should change in your header, is the brushes you've used. I like them, I like how you've done everything, apart from how all the brushes are so small. The header almost looks plain, because the brushes aren't big enough. The same goes for the line & the text, like I stated above. It's all just a bit small, everything needs to be much bigger.
That almost seems to be it, with this section, but your ordinary text links, need to be bigger.
Sidebar:
Not much to say in this section, but I thought I would at least mention a few things.
The first thing that irritated my eye is how your little picture of yourself every time I went onto a different page. Even though it's only small, it annoys your eye because you go onto a different page on your site & this little picture changes, therefor you get sidetracked & believe it or not, lose your focus. Just have one picture there, you can always have a ton more pictures of yourself on the page about you, if you want.
The other section in your sidebar/menu that annoyed me was your 'Updates' bit. How you have it scrolling is terribly annoying, I understand why you've done it, to stop your whole menu/sidebar from going too long, but scrolling is just annoying. So I suggest you make a page for 'more updates' & display just a few of your dates in the sidebar, then below that have "More/past updates". Etc. Everything else in your Menu/sidebar looks great. We'll move onto the content area below.
Content:
Before I start on your content section, I think you should take a look at Jem's article @ Jemjabella, regarding copyright violation, here. On your PSD page, one of the rules you've got is "Do not edit them" & "Do not redistribute them". Well those rules apply to you, it's illegal to edit, display, or even use pictures of celebrities, or any other pictures that you haven't taken for that matter - without the photographers permission. Somehow I seriously doubt you got permission from each photographer that took those pictures of the celebrities, therefor what you've done is illegal. What's worse is how you're earning money from other peoples photography without permission, I'm talking about your shop here. now don't worry, you weren't to know, I didn't either, before I read Jem's article. Anyhow, that's all the copyright issues done with.
Moving onto your content, starting with your Adoptables. I've seen a few sites around that have them, but to be honest, I have no clue what they are. If I were you, I'd explain what they are at the top of the page. Anyway, If the adoptables are for other peoples use, I suggest having a textarea underneath each Adoptable.
Candybar Dolls, I've seen these before, I'm slightly unsure as to why you have them on your site, they seem a bit pointless & you didn't make the base, did you? I don't know, it's just a bit confusing to me.
Colour Bars, these are okay, you've done something different to all those other sites, that just have some with three different colours. The only thing I could suggest is if you had the hex codes on each colour, to help your visitors.
I've checked out all your other content pages, they all look great. So I don't need to comment on any of them.
Overview:
Your site is decent, there's only a few things that need improving, this review was only to help you with your site, keep it up & good luck in the future.
