Birthday Boy

We're almost there: my bf's birthday xD What to do? I already bought something, but I want to do something more special too. I was thinking about making a Birthday Cake for him I'm already looking around. But oh I am so nervous! What if the cake fails? I cannot make it too many days in advance, cause the cake won't be very yummy then anymore. I was thinking about making it on the same day.. but then again. WHAT IF IT FAILS?! Actually, I cannot make it a day in advance, cause I have to go to school. And I wonder if it's still any good on Wednesday if I make it on Monday X_x What to do what to do? Anyways, the idea it to make a sponge cake (still thinking about vanilla or chocolate flavoured) with chocolate icing and sugar flowers and a message on top. Which brings me to the next: what to write and how to decorate? xD I really cannot decide... I really SUCKS "Happy Birthday name of BF" is okay right.. and what about "name of BF 18"? I think I prefer the first one, but aaaahhh why can't I make decisions... But yeah.. when I've finially decided and made the cake I'm going to give it to him in the morning I think.. And then he has exam at 1:30 PM till 4:30 PM.. I want to sneek into his room and leave my other gift there then.. So when he gets home, he'll find it on his desk ^_^ That's the plan but I really don't know how it's going to work out On top of that I still have to finish my homework and stuff but I really can't put myself to it What to do.. what to do?
Before all this, wednesday's my bf's mom's birthday celebration. We're going out for dinner and I'm going to meet the big family then for the first time... I'm so going to die Good bye world

(btw: I did not edit the "currently" part cause I've got the file stored on my harddisk and I am too lazy to get it out right now lawls )

Moonlight Resonance

I just finished watching Moonlight Resonance (Ka Ho Yuet Yuen) a few days ago. It was so good ^^ I loved every bit of it. Eventhough I needed subtitles..and eventhough it took forever to download all 40 episodes.. it was really worth it! It was good for my Canto too xD
Anyways, this is the first drama that took me so long to finish! Not because of the miovie, but because of school and stuff ^^;;; Yeah.. I've been really busy again O_o I got 36/40 points for my statistics test though! My Organic Chemnistry results are still pending.. I hope I will get it back soon :) Eventhough I kind of feel like I totally failed this one! I hope not.. Not only do I have to redo it all again -which is a lot of work- but I will also lose a week of vacation TT____TT And right now... I'm really in need of vacation *sighs* I really cannot understand university; only 2 vacations: Summer break and Christmas break... zomg, I feel like I'm going to die... Okay not like I'm going to die, but very tired anyway

Until Sapphire Blue covers the world

OMONA! life's been so hectic! I've been really busy and on the go the whole time during vacation. Time flies. It's 2009 (Happy New Years!) already and tomorrow school's starting again -___-" I really have no desire or whatsoever to go back to school xD Anyways, good things happened too; I went out for sushi with my friend Cindy. At the restaurant they were playing KOREAN MUSIC O_O OMO, we nearly fainted kekekeke... While we were eating.. we both fell silent a couple of times and we were like.. OMO, SM ENTERTAINMENT, SUPER JUNIOR, DONG BANG SHIN KI, BIG BANG??! Oh, and I went to my first ELDF fanmeeting and I had a blast *grins* It was so much fun~! First we went out for Dim Sum in Utrecht. Well.. no first we gathered at Burger King -I was kind of nervous to meet everybody- then we went to Tai Soen (the Dim Sum restaurant) and then we had Swirls (ice cream swirled with fruit and topping *yum*) ^_~ And as you can see, I finally got to finish the layout xD It has taken a very long time, eh? Oh and I finished 4 books(!). I read World without end by Ken Follett, The Rose Labyrinth by Titania Hardia, For one more day by Mitch Albom and Piece of my Heart by Peter Robinson The Rose Labyrinth wasn't really what I expected. I didn't like it very much and.. well, the end was a bit disappointing =/ World Without End on the contrary was better than I thought it would be. And oh my, For One More Day.. Everyone's got to read that one. It's the best book ever. I started reading and couldn't put it away, so I finished it within a day xD I got Piece of my Heart for free at the bookstore. I never would've picked it out myself, but the book was really good. I loved every bit of it. Maybe I'll be buying more Inspector Banks Right now I'm reading Eat, Pray, Love, which -if the reviews are right- is an amazing book. I'll get back to you on that one. Anyway, right now my head feels like exploding again, so I'd better get of the computer.

My Girl

I used to watch a lot of Korean drama's but that time is kind of over now. Not because I don't like them more -on the contrary I love them even more- but because I just don't have the time for it anymore T_T School and stuff is sucking up all my time. So yeah. But I wanted to share my all time favourite Korean drama with: My Girl.

My Girl is mainly about Joo Yoorin (Lee Da Hae), Seol Gong Chan (Lee Dong Wook), Seo Jung Woo (Lee Jun Ki) and Kim Seo Hyun (Park Si Yeon). If you haven't watched it yet, there's a good summary at crunchyroll:

The movie is a cute, sweet, funny, sad, happy drama. It has all the drama you need ^_~ The drama starts off with funny events between Yoo Rin and Gong Chan. A complicated love triangle starts to unfold as Jung Woo and Seo Hyun get into the picture. As Gong Chan and Yoo Rin love each other more, the President comes dangerously close to the truth.

What I love about this drama is that it combines comedy and drama in a great way. Eventhough there are some parts that are quite predictable, you can't help getting addicted.

My Girl is basically my first drama. It got me totally hooked on Korean drama's. I compare every single drama I watch with My Girl. If you love Korean drama's with romance+comedy+drama, you just have to watch this one. I guarantee you, you won't forget this one.
