Char Siu uuh.. Pau?

Due to
over bored-ness and no one to hang out with outside this house I took upon me to make char siu pau. Well... originally it was the plan to make char siu pau but I ended up with char siu only. Why? me =

Here goes the story.
I found a char siu recipe
here and decided to give it a try. (I was planning on making char siu fan and char siu pau.) It was best to let it marinate over night so I started yesterday. Because the recipe called for rice wine, I went to the asian supermarket to get it. While there I also got myself a
bamboo steamer! ^___________^

Anyway, back home I made the char siu and put it in the fridge to marinade over night. I also found a pau recipe on
Playing My Food I wanted to try out. It was recommended to prove this over night too, so I made the starter dough yesterday too. So when I woke up this morning (which was way to early cause I slept restlessly xD) I popped the char siu into the oven. After 40 minutes of
turning the meat every 10 min, the char siu was finally done~!

Next step? Start on the pau. First thing I wanted to do was make the filling so it could cool down while finishing the pau dough. So I
happily started dicing about 250 g of char siu. And
then it all happened.. the
reason of reasons why I didn't get to make char siu pau today >.<
