Cropping an image

This tutorial is going to show you how to crop an image with Paint. Cropping is the removal of unwanted/unneeded areas around your image. I will be using and image with a background color to make sure you get the point of cropping.

1. Open your uncropped image in Paint.
2. Select your whole image by pressing shift+A.
3. Move your image all the way to the top and left untill the parts you don't want in these areas are gone. (Tip: Zooming in might help if you have pixels you want to crop very precise.)

4. If right, you should see 8 little blocks around the edge of your image. These are your tools for cropping!

5. Click on the block in the bottom corner and drag it inward till the point you want to crop.

6. Save your image and you're done! (Tip: There's a tutorial on saving as a (transparent) GIF with Paint).
